CHUM RELAY :: operator gateway

  GET /fetch?url=<url>   fetch a relay telemetry URL and return the body

The gateway fetches on your behalf from the relay's internal network. For
safety it only fetches the telemetry host:

  telemetry.relay.local

Everything else is refused. Start at http://telemetry.relay.local/ and see what
the relay can tell you about itself.
